Derrick
Co-Owner and Operator
With over eight years of experience in the HVAC industry, Derrick Dixon has built a reputation for excellence in residential maintenance, service, system commissioning, and installation. A Chattanooga State Technical College graduate and Technical Honor Society certificate recipient, Derrick has been committed to professional growth and technical mastery from the very beginning.
His dedication to continuous learning has led him to earn numerous industry-recognized certifications, including 15 ESCO HVAC Excellence Certifications, 2 Specialty North American Technical Excellence (NATE) Certifications, Dynamic AQS Indoor Air Quality Certifications, and National Comfort Institute (NCI) certifications. He has also completed countless specialty training programs to stay ahead of industry advancements.
Beyond technical expertise, Derrick is passionate about customer service and effective communication. He actively participates in bi-monthly meetings with some of the nation’s top technicians and industry leaders, refining his skills and staying at the forefront of HVAC best practices. His commitment to excellence was recognized on a national scale, where he ranked in the top 50 or better in his organization’s best practices every year he participated. He has also been featured on the SBE Trusted Technician Podcast, further cementing his status as an industry leader.
In his previous role as Trades Field Manager for a large company, Derrick honed his leadership skills and strengthened his commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Now, he brings that same level of dedication to his own company, ensuring that every job is completed with precision, integrity, and care. When he’s not working, Derrick enjoys spending time with his family, supporting the local music scene, singing, playing guitar, and fly fishing.
Grace
Co-Owner and Operator
Grace Dixon is the go-to problem solver at our company, bringing a mix of business smarts, customer service know-how, and a passion for creating great experiences. Armed with a college education in business administration (HR emphasis) and business management (with a marketing minor), Grace’s professional foundation helped provide a solid start for our business endeavor. She holds a virtual training certification and is proud to have earned her “black belt” in OPEX, a nod to her love of tackling complex challenges with precision.
Her career journey spans over a decade of navigating customer service escalations, five years in training and development, and experience in data analytics and digital marketing. Through it all, she’s stayed committed to making sure every customer feels heard and valued—a principle that’s at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of work, Grace is a dedicated mom of two kids and the proud owner of an elderly fur baby. She enjoys unwinding with a good book, hitting the water for a swim, camping in the great outdoors, and getting crafty with arts and crafts. If there’s a party to be thrown, Grace is the one who’ll pay attention to all the little details to make sure it’s unforgettable. Whether it’s a tricky business issue or a big celebration, Grace is all about creating solutions that leave people smiling.
